We do not take repeat prescription requests over the phone or email.
No requests will be taken from/collection allowed to be made by the pharmacies except for housebound patients or in exceptional circumstances. Please contact the surgery if you feel that you may require the pharmacy to provide this service for you.

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
